First Winter Eco Marathon event was held in Narva (Estonia)

Shortly after the official opening of the project Winter Eco Marathon, the first event was held in Soldino Gymnasium in Narva City, Estonia.

The representatives of Tallinn University of Technology visited the Soldino Gymnasium with interactive lecture related to project activities and distribution of global water resources. During the interactive part of the class students were divided into several groups and worked on calculation of the virtual water content in different agricultural and industrial products. At the end of the activity each group came out with a poster, where students’ calculation for virtual water content as well as their suggestions on sustainable water use were presented.
